Thanks guys. The bass is brand new and is very cool!
Jason - does preamp jumpers effects the sound of the preamp/bass when everything is set flat. I changed the jumpers so I have the kill switch but can't decide if I should have low bass/mid or high bass/mid!

Ok I officially have a boner now.... Sorry guys, it's the only way I can describe how I feel looking at this picture right now...l
Well I finally sent in a request for a custom build. Finally got to speak with Jason yesterday. These are the specs SOS far:
Emperor 5 string bolt on
Flamed maple top and headstock
35" scale
Duncan dual coils/Pope preamp
Alder body wood
Gold hardware
Standard 2 + 3 arrangement
This one similar in looks to match my E5S but getting a low B with more extension in the
AJ/Jimmy Johnson vain. Hopefully I will get it finalized next week then bite my nails in anticipation
Like the rest of you guys.
Thank you. I was looking the pick up wires and I think there was three cables. One white that have two leads and one red. I was looking Pope web pages and there was only two leads connectible to master unit.
I'm coming crazy because I don't know anything about electronics. I mean if there was problem with neck or some wood work it's been piece of cake to me because I'm schooled luthier but electrics.....
I hope that Flexcore paggage have good installation constructions
Ooh and this bad english again![]()
btw. ask Lennard how he set it on his bass..... oh I forgot he doesn't have preamp![]()
Some guys asked me this question, so here is an answer...
"Can you slap and pop on bass with 26 frets?"

The white wire with two leads is both the positive and negative wire from the pickup. The braided outer wire is the negative lead and the center wire is the positive lead. The red wire is the power wire from the EMG's. There is a spot on the main board to hook up that wire. PM if you have any other questions, I have a Monarch New Standard as well and I put a Flexcore in my bass. You will be SHOCKED how much better the bass sounds with the Flexcore. It was a night and day difference for me and the Flexcore is waaaaaay more flexible.
