Incidentally, the JB-2 above had once belonged to Frankensteinberger (Greg Silyagi), who knew the previous owner, who knew the original owner. It was an employee-built bass, hence a buncha upgrades. I kinda miss it.
I sure do remember those days, I really should have kept a bunch of them!
I miss Gregg regularly, he was such a great guy and I got to play a bunch of rare basses just by visiting him. I remember that JB-2, wonderful bass.
