So, it's more of a rock amp?
Yes you can only play Rock through it. If you play Jazz it will self destruct.

So, it's more of a rock amp?
people always like to assume that if an amp will overdrive that it's only good for rock. nothing could be farther from the truth. So, it's more of a rock amp?
Thanks.
And sorry you'll be missing NAMM. I'm going Friday, will be stopping by the GB booth.

Try moving from Detroit to Denver/Boulder like my fam. Then realizing that drivers out here are worse than if everyone in Detroit was 16 years old. At least it is a great powder season, for that I can tolerate 4hour long drives that should take 60min.

Excellent. This is what we are all hoping for... not the typical 'drop a 12ax7 into a pre' hybrid.

Excellent... and even the manual is up on the site. Very impressive! It feels 'real' now. Cool!
+1 reading the manual now!

I have high hopes for this amp. I can't imagine liking anything more than my Shuttle 9.0 but I'm willing to find out!

Me too. The Shuttle 9.0 with it's preamp tube, warm phattness, and power section limtting feels/sounds/reacts very tube amp like. Add a little OD by cranking the input and I get a very ballsy classic tone.
I can not imagine how the Streamliner 900 could improve upon this but since I ordered one I'm fixin to find out.

Reading the manual - no lighted candles can be used on top of the amp. That may be a deal killer for me...
