How would you describe your playing style?

Ludwig von Beethoven said "to play a wrong note is insignificant, to play without passion is inexcusable" (or something like that, as he probably said it in German). I do my best to approach my playing with this mindset.
A lot of people compare my playing to a guy in prison: behind a few bars and can't find the key.
The words I've heard from musician spectators and friends are tight, driven, and highly supportive. One older fella Ive known for many years has said that I use just the right amount of flash to make my bass lines fun to listen to, kinda how a lot of classic rock players do he said.
I took a lot of inspiration when I was a kid from Boston's first record (Tom Scholz played everything) on how to be expressful and fun with bass lines, but not overdo it.

Always asked, do you know any other bass players? 
Diverse. Sometimes basic support or slave to a simple groove, sometimes carrying the primary riff/melody, sometimes contrapuntal to the vocal melody, sometimes chordal. It helps that no 2 songs our band plays sound very much alike.
