Also interesting to see that the Tonex latency has gone down to 2.2. I guess there has been a recent firmware update. I need to check on this1.4 ms latency is a good number! Maybe a bummer for some that it is not true bypass, and will still have the same latency when bypassed.
Stompbox modeling into the Tonex! Why would you want to connect two Tonex One pedals with a Tonex pedal?

Stompbox modeling into the Tonex!
A single Tonex can't add drive to an amp capture that doesn't already have it baked in. You would have to capture an amp by itself and then capture the same amp plus a drive pedal to switch between them.you mean using the Tonex one as an overdrive stompbox into the big Tonex? Can’t you just do that with the big Tonex?
Too bad that it’s not true bypass!

What IR models are you using? Have you imported any to the Tonex pedal?just discovered using 3rd party IRs with ToneX MAX
what a massive difference

Tonex amp captures react to pedals like the real amps would. What I was saying is that you can’t add a drive pedal to a Tonex amp capture inside the Tonex pedal.Wait, what?
I’ve been on the fence about this for a second.
If you have a good amp captured and run a drive pedal into it, does it sound like that amp with a drive pedal into it, or does it sound like a gainier version of the preset?
(If that makes sense)
I use an HXStomp right now but only use it for amp sims, and only use 2 presets, so the ToneX One might be perfect, but i still use pedals and want the capture to react to drive pedals the same way an amp would.
Should i just stick to amp emulation?
Is there a way to search through the available amps without buying anything?
If someone has already captured what I’m looking for, I’ll probably just pick up the One. Otherwise, I might pick up the original and the capture unit
