I thought I would share a photo from my very first gig outside of church. Thank you @EMoneySC2 for bringing Monique into my world. A couple of Effectrode pedals on the front end, with the Quilter BB800 for power into Mesa Subway 1x15 cab.

Do you run the Monique into the front end of the Quilter or into the power amp section?
Also, have you tried it both ways?
What’s the best way to re-create an aux-in & headphones scenario for late night quiet practice? (Tardis 700). I have an audio interface that I can use in conjunction with my laptop, but is there a more streamlined/efficient way to achieve this?
I used my Monique M700 with my new-ish Tronographic Rusty Box for the first time together at last nights gig. Great combination together.
Monique + passive P can tend to be a bit dark for the band I’m in currently. I set the Rusty Box to give my passive P bass lots of highs for a brighter/active type tone for finger style, which then gave me that active bite with a pick.
The boost switch gave it a fat/compressed tone (a bit like speaker stack behind me), then a medium overdriven tone when using a pick. It was a bit like Chris Squires Rickenbacker tone in Roundabout when soloed - more forward but still blended nicely with the full band.
Monique and Rusty Box are a great pairing IME if you’re needing to vary your bass tone at a gig for the songs that need a different colour.

After 4 months of use this case is worth its weight in gold. Bouncing around the back of a truck with PA gear. Unloaded by other band members while double parked on a city street. No worries, no concerns. A bit bulky but highly recommended.
^ Have to agree with the use of a hard case for travel. Mine, now in a black bamboo case, went up to Queensland by plane and you know how little baggage handlers care for gear. I watched them throw it onto the conveyor, from my window seat, just like every other bag. Quick check to see the valves were seated and off we went. It's 11kg in this configuration but the protection it offers is well worth the investment if she's out of sight and your control.

Looking for a recommendation on a good quality audio interface to use with Monique.
I’m doing some long distance collaboration with friends via cubase. I currently have a scarlett solo (2nd gen) & am thinking about upgrading. I want to send the best quality representation of Monique possible.
Needs to be compatible with PC.
What are you guys using with good results?

Any of the good headphone monitor amps seem to take the XLR output from your Tardis 700. I built up one for myself that I use all the time. It is good enough that it is now part of all final testing.
You do not have to turn on the Amplifier section of your Tardis to make this happen. Unless you have a very early De-Monique version.

Seems a rather sick endeavor, but I keep track (mind of a geek) of how far poor Monique is reported to have fallen. Twelve feet in The Netherlands at a stadium performance. Broke the XLR cable, and bent the jack in, but kept on working. Hurrah for shock mounted tubes. And, "NO," I do not advocate ever doing this. Please no. Please.
Thanks! I will look into those. If I already have a back-up class D amp with an aux-in & a headphone output, could I somehow plug Monique into that & monitor that way? Or would that give coloration to Monique’s tone?
Also, I don’t want to blow anything up, ha!
I’ve found the cause of the intermittent ‘tick’ noise in my Monique M700.... it’s a noisy line level pot.
I got a loud ‘pop’ when pulling it out with a continuous loud hum (hadn’t had a pot do that before). Turned it off, Jiggled in/out and turned L&R a bunch of times and it’s still rather crackly turning it in the pulled out position.
Before I open her up.... Any advice on cleaning/lubricating this pot? I’ve got this Deoxit D100 with needle dispenser.

I’ve read about pots needing lubricating afterwards. Should I try that & what do you guys recommend?

Aux Input can be just about any level. No good standards. With that said, I'd take the Tardis Line Out to the Aux In on your alternate amp. Just make sure to start from zero Line Level from Monique and see what level makes the alterernative amp happy. Then you can use the headphone out you already have.
As to "coloration," I am sure it will happen. All depends on how the alternate amp handles the signal. Stuff like pre/post EQ and power section input. But it is still a good thing to try.

The only pot on the M700 is the Volume control, and it isn't push pull. I suspect you are talking about a Rack or Tardis version with the Push/Pull Level control.
The DeoxIT is good stuff. I use it here all the time to make sure things are clean and lubricated to start from. It can't hurt.
