It's just like lengua...delicious when it's buried in a burrito but a little off putting when you can see it.
One of my coworkers once gave me some of his mixed up with rice...it was delicious! This is why I don't like to know where the things that I like came from

So where's the good stuff in Anaheim? We have an Alberto's and I've found a couple of decent places but there are just so damn many around here that it's been impossible to hit them all in search of The One.

I can't tell you off the top of my head, but I will tell you that some of the mexican carniceria's have counters that serve up burritos. Most of the time in more in the coastal towns, but there's a great one in Hawaiian Gardens off of Pioneer st. Also off of Carson in HG is a great joint called Julians. Amazing burritos.

Chupacabra is a very underground delicacy....It's tougher to find than armadillo's!
Cabrito is sooooo tasty! Not common in Baja California, but more in the Nuevo Leon region, chihuahua, tamaulipas, etc.
Lengua is tasty but a very acquired taste...I would not eat lengua because of how it looks....it's a BIG tongue!
But not to long ago I had a taste and with a little green salsa....MMMM!!! Very good!
