I did notice that Rondo could've been a hero a few times cause he would be at the 3 line and someone on the lakers would be like 7 feet away. He could have easily made a few more 3s. I do agree Bynum did well but I forgot his name so I didn't say anything. I'm hopin KG pulls his weight and more in game 3 cause Kobe will be back. Rondo could cover Bryant with his speed but he's a lot smaller of a player. KG and KB are a lot more evenly matched. The other Allen and Davis did pretty well and often over looked cause they aren't "stars", but well deserve the credit due.

Good point -

Excellent effort by pretty much the entire Celtic bench - Sheed and Robinson gave them important minutes and big plays as well.

The interesting thing is that if the Celtics play that way in the next game, they might win or if the Lakers put it all together, they could win.

As long as the Celtics play together they have a good chance to win this series.

Anyone see the McDonalds commercial thats a spin off the Bird and Magic McDs commercial? Dwight Howard and LeBron are dunking over a McDs lunch, and they turn when Howard wins and Bird is sitting there and was watching them. Thanks them for lunch and walks off eating a fry. And Howard says "Who was that!?" and LeBron replies "I don't know but he ate out lunch!!" :D

I laughed so hard, mainly cause at the beginning I thought "Didn't they have one of these with Bird and Magic!?"

I like the other one more but this one was still good

Poop. That play where they just let the lakers in for the layup killed them. It was possible to come back before that, but they couldn't after the extra points. Plus, why the hell did they foul that Sasha dude!? Pointless, point gain for the lakers.

Tough loss but an exciting game and good to see KG get hot.

Celts need to get everybody going in the same game and everybody playing good D for the entire game.

Fisher was the difference.

Appropriately enough on the eve of the World Cup that the European gives us a preview of World Cup level flopping - Bill Lambeer must be proud of his star pupil Gasol. Hopefully the referees for Game 4 will take note.

It was a strategic foul. It's about stopping the clock and gaining a posession.

This game was a great game no matter who won. Both teams were doing a great job shutting down offense. Celtics turnover trouble in the 4th cost them the game, IMO.

it's amusing to hear a Celtic fan complain about flopping... :rollno:

great game all around, D-Fish really stepped up. on the other end, what the HECK happened to ray allen? :eek:

Yeah that flop was on par with flop master Vlade. But some bad calls balanced it out. Especially, Pierce's three point conversion call.

I turn on SportsCenter to see who won the game and the first thing I see is Derek Fisher taking Garnett, Allen, and Davis to the rack while Pierce stood there and watched.

I hope LA loses one in Boston so they can wrap it up at Staples....it sure sounded better to say the Forum instead of Staples.
