If you want some hard numbers (though they probably aren't super useful), I've listed them below, they're measured with the pedal in EQ mode. The Q on each band is very broad, thinking rolling hills, not mountains.
DCX BOOST: HF - 3.7k || LF - 40hz
DCX BASS: HF - 5.3k || LF - 39hz
Origin Effects answered this earlier in the thread, though I suppose a frequency analysis would tell you exactly how wide the Q is and what other frequencies are caught up in its boosts/cuts.
It's a big thread
I suspect you are right about the wide Q. That's not uncommon with a 2-band EQ. I wouldn't be surprised if the DCX Boost/Bass's Q corresponds to the Q on the original UA 610--that would fit with Origin Effects' mission to repackage classic gear in high quality pedal-sized enclosures. But it might not be as wide as you think depending on the slope of your HPF and Revolt LPF. The Broughton HPF, for example, has a slope of 12dB per octave so it will still pass a decent amount of signal below the 60Hz where you run it (compared to, say, a more aggressive 36 dB/octave like the sfx micro-thumpinator--though the latter cannot be run at 60Hz).

For my ampless application, the LEVEL is simply the output gain to my downstream compressor and DI, correct?

I think that site is in Europe. Not sure if it's legit.I’m seeing new DCX Bass on Gear4Music for $275. Is that site legit?

Gear4Music is legit, I’ve bought plenty from them. I imagine Origin is cheaper in the UK due to it being a local company.I’m seeing new DCX Bass on Gear4Music for $275. Is that site legit?

Now available in black. Not sure if I like the black edition, or the original better.

If you have any questions, feel free to shoot them my way.
I don't know why you guys don't do this at release, knowing you're planning better colors but wait til we buy a ton before you release it, I just don't understand why a company would do that, and not only that but offer a limited run of your most popular colour. You're not going to offer an exchange to all the people that bought a silver one you didnt the same with the bass amp pedals. Guess we all should have just waited before we bought one I would have preferred a black one... Oh wellGonna just jump in a mo to prempt any confusion as I've had a couple comments elsewhere.
- DCX BASS & DCX BASS Black Edition feature the same circuit. It's just a colour variation (and a rad one in my opinion)
- If the black isn't your thing, the regular edition is very much still a production model.
If you have any questions, feel free to shoot them my way.

Two questions:
Are the whole enclosures in black, sides and all?
Got any blacker? (was that advertisement International, or just Australia?)![]()
