I suppose I'll agree if the Steelers ever get as bad as GB. Until then, arguing about who sucks less is of no interest to me.

I do like to watch you guys go back and forth though. Kind of like how all the NFC North teams and their fans did when the playoffs got serious. :D

Well, no team can dominate forever, even teams with 12 NFL championships and recently having 13 straight winning seasons.

Parity sucks.

You gotta stick with your team through the good and the bad, otherwise you're not a fan... I mean, you can respect other teams (I like how Coach Cowher goes about his business, I like how Carolina's DL plays, I think Nick Saban's Dolphins are going to give the Patriots a run for their money and I like that... hell, as a former MLB in high school, I respect the play of Urlacher... you can bet I don't root for him though :p) but you can't jump ship once things start going south...

And the season hasn't even begun, we don't know how things are going to shake up. Last year, at this time, the Vikings were the hot pick to be in the SB, look where they are now?

I personally think things are a lot closer in the NFL than pundits make them out to be... why do the Cardinals never make it anywhere despite having decent talent go through their team? I think it's mostly the mindset, great coaching can break that mindset... as evidenced by the number of great players that make it to the NFL through the lower draft rounds and as undrafted free agents. I would wager very, very few of the guys in the NFL have no business being there, and as a team sport, success has everything to do with team chemistry and the whole being a sum larger the parts.

Indeed, parity does suck. Pittsburgh won't win it all every year. They also won't finish a season with 12 losses.

I can appreciate other teams, sure. I like the TB defense. I like the way the Seahawks offense flows. I've been a fan of the Oilers/Titans since the Warren Moon days. I worshipped the ground Walter Payton walked on, and cried many tears the day I found out he died.

I bet they would lose 12 games if they lost their entire offense to injury. Keep in mind, that despite losing their offense to injury, of those 12 games the Pack lost 8 by a touchdown or less. That's with a six string RB and only one starting WR.

I see the Pack made another move today: Packers reach agreement with Charles Woodson. You Pack fans excited about this move? I think Woodson is washed up myself, but my opinion doesn't really mean squat as Sundogue has continually reminded me. :D

Hey Mike, it's not that your opinion doesn't mean squat...only that it doesn't mean squat to me. jk :D

I think adding Woodson is a big plus. Pairing him up with Harris will be great. Woodson, even at his age is far better than Carroll at any age.

They also plan on letting him play WR (which he's always wanted to do...and probably a big part of why he chose GB...aside from the motherload contract).
