If you just got it from prymaxe I would just send it back and get a replacement. Either way source audio will take care of you. They are awesome people.

I will say that the aftershock has totally changed my perspective of digital effects for dirt. I haven't dialed in anything through the app yet, but just the three default settings alone are sweet. Awesome job SA

Bummer....my new Aftershock is DOA (switch not clicking, center light doesn't stay on). Was so looking forward to hearing this pedal through my setup. So what do I do? Contact SA or Prymaxe where I bought it?

Are you using the SA power supply that came with it? We test things 100% over and over. Very strange for something to be DOA (unless you got a returned pedal?). Contact us directly. We don't mess around! [email protected].

Is there a more detailed MIDI map for the Aftershock? For example, I know that I can edit which CC#'s go to which parameters. But I need more info on what a given CC value does for a given CC# parameter. Example: let's say I send CC#10 for the I/O routing option. Is CC#10, value of 0 the first routing option and CC#10, value of 1 the second routing option? Or does it work differently? For more "continuous" parameters like frequencies, is there any information on the limits/ranges?

Yes, using the supplied power supply. It's the switch that is faulty.

Got myself an Aftershock from the forum and I'm digging the sounds.

Only catch is that I can't load any presets - works well connected to a laptop but Neuro app doesn't seem to make any lights blink, or change anything.

I mean, I'm having fun kicking around but I really would like to see how others have used theirs.

I updated to 1.05 and followed the instructions a few millions pages ago but no luck yet.

Make sure you have the volume on your phone turned all the way up. I was having a similar problem a while back and that was the solution.

Same here. Using the PC app which works well, but not able to use the Neuro app on Android (have tried all the tips so far eg. adjusting volume, changing phasing etc)

Did you recently download the app and update firmware?

I'm guessing that might be what I've got going on as I did the phasing and volume and all that good stuff too

Strange. iOS is very consistent.
Must be TRS cable. Must be plugged in all the way into the phone. I would try reinstalling the app too.

I have a 6s plus and have started having problems with the earphone jack not working properly all the time.

I wish there was a way to adjust the sensitivity of the Aftershock's input for the neuro app.
Bummed I can't use my iphone 6s - certainly not blaming SA for that but could be a handy tool.

This sounds odd to me. Have you been in touch with us directly? IOS is usually robust.

Yeah, have been in touch - not got to the bottom of it yet. I'd be pretty sure that the problem is with my iPhone's hardware or some daft setting I've somehow engaged deep in the bowels of the settings menus.

I tried my old 6S last night and it worked fine with the latest Neuro app (and did with the old one).
