Pet Peeves, let's hear them.

Here's another major peeve of mine. Guys referring to their genitals as their "junk". How the hell did this even get started???

Self deprecation taken to an extreme. I definitely don't consider mine to be "junk" and wouldn't want to offer "junk" to the ladies in my life! Don't get me wrong...I don't think mine is anything super special, but it definitely ain't "junk"!

I will gladly offer "junk" to the ladies in your life. :ninja:

Classified ads where someone is selling a Squier bass/guitar, but the ad is titled "Fender Whatevercaster $250". Then the description says its a "Fender Squier". Who do these people think they are fooling?

Ok, but is it wrong to say "Squier by Fender" just like it actually says on the front of the headstock? On the back it doesn't even say Squier; Fender is the only name there.

So, they are being truthful as long as Squier is included in the description.

The title of the ad usually only says Fender, they don't mention its a Squier until you read the description. I see this all the time on CL, they may not be straight up lying, but they are trying to be deceitful

How about threads that have titles that do NOT describe the thread.

Today there is one just labeled "Why??"

Sometimes there are threads with a member asking for help on a specific piece of gear, but the thread title doesn't have the word "help" or the name of the item in the title. I bet a lot of threads get ignored, and helpful advice NOT delivered, because of poor thread titles.

When someone pulls up next to me blaring loud rap, pop, or techno, I just turn my stereo up so that I'm hearing my music instead of theirs. ;)

Another road peeve of mine are "formation drivers". You know, people that match the speed of the car next to them instead of passing or falling back so that they can have an open lane next to them when traffic is light and moving fast. It's not only annoying to be stuck behind a slow formation, but people who drive that way are also potentially dangerous when they do it. If for any reason you need to quickly switch lanes to avoid an accident and there's some dummy in the lane next to you, you either smash into them, run off the road, or hit whatever it is that's suddenly in front of you.
