Ed,had been in failing health,developed lung cancer,and was going through chemo therapy,for the last year. He was a Navy veteran,and served at sea,during Vietnam era also.
Thanks for letting us know. Sounds like he fought a brave fight. I'll miss his cheerful presence here.
I sold a Schecter Model T bass to EdBo. We discovered that we only lived 20 miles apart, got together one afternoon at my house and had a great time discussing basses.

Hi! Can someone give me some insight regarding Stiletto Studio vs Stiletto Session differences in playability? Especially I'm interested in the neck profile and fb radius differences.
I have bought an old Stiletto Elite last year, which has the same neck specs as Studio, I believe. And it's comfort/playability is so brilliant that I'm about to sell my MM SR5 I've played for the past 8 years and I thought it was comfortable enough to keep it for the rest of my life. But Stiletto managed to change my mind.
So I'm considering to buy another Stiletto and Session looked very tempting untill I realized the the neck profiles are different. Also I'm not sure about single piece neck - those gave me some hard times in the past

It is my first active bass but so far I am very happy with tones I am discovering .
I tried both the Stiletto Studio and Session in a store on separate occasions. The Session I tried was a little more neck heavy but I can't say I noticed the neck felt different other than bolt on vs neck through. Either bass would be good but I love the Studio 4 I eventually purchased, it was a great value used and great quality.Hi! @SikSan, I haven't tried the Studio or Session -- but I tried a Stiletto Stealth, shortly before the coronavirus shutdown, and it was one of the most comfortable, easy playing basses I've ever played. It seemed to have a very thin neck, just right for my hands. Let us know if you pick up another Stiletto, and which one. And your English is better than mine. 
Thx! I'm just confused with that "Thin C" vs "C" neck profiles. To me, Session has arguably better electronics and it's cheaper, but I feel it tries to cater to classic Fender/Musicman design fans while I'm trying to escape that xD
Thank you! Stiletto Stealth is excactly the same neck profile as most of Stilettos out there. And that's the main selling point that brought me here - playablility is fantastic.
