I don't think so - it has a 'Set up to play by...' sticker, and that usually (usually) is on the Diamond Series instruments.

Hold on...there are instances when numbers can be/have been issued out of sequence for various reasons, and this is one of them; both 354 and 355 are already spoken for, and have been for a few years (that's why there is a master list).

If I had ever seen the red in person, I probably would have gotten that instead of the charcoal finish on my Hellraiser Extreme 5.
I'm thinking about selling my MIM Jazz for a schecter. I really like that almost all of their basses come in a lefty version.
If anyone is interested in a vintage Schecter fretless 4 string, lightly modified, my former bass may still be hanging in G.C. Warwick R.I.. The bass was in A1 condition when I traded it. There are three modifications I had made to this bass. #1 I had the push/pull volume pots replaced with standard volume pots. The original pots were scratchy and I found the sound from the push/pull pots when in the bright mode, useless for the music I was playing at the time. Modification #2, I had the pickguard/ body routed, so that the truss rod adjusting screw could be easily accessed. Modification #3 I had the pickups, which I thought sounded terrible, replaced with Bartolinis. I traded this bass about 2 weeks ago.
Anyone notice that the neck on the new Diamond P 5 Active looks to have tighter string spacing?

C'mon.
Fenders aren't stupid. In some people's minds, the Diamond P (and Model-T, D.J.) are some of the most attractive basses Schecter makes. Not everybody likes the strings on top of each other. 
I wondered the same thing about the spacing on the new active version. The photos on the website sure make it look narrower, but the product description for both basses list the same bridge.
