It's a Buell Xb motored chopper, I really wanted to go with a extreme bobber type look.

Buell Xb9r motor, rated at 92hp (we'll see;))
Ridgid drop seat "prostreet frame" 42degrees rake -2 on the downtube
Springer front end stock length
21x2" 60 spoke wheel front
homed built handle bars
home built exhaust (2-1 shortie)
18x8.5" 60 spoke rear wheel
250mm Avon Venom rear tire
Billet aluminum forward controls
Jockey shift/foot clutch
Sprung seat (big boy springs:D)
Model A style tail light
the gas tank and rear fender came from Ebay

There's a lot more to it, I'll post some more pics of it tonight.
That looks amazing! Definitely going to need more pics of that bad boy.

Here're some more recent photos, she's nice and dusty in these. I'm saving up for a new Mikuini carb which is the last piece needed, I have a factory Harley CV carb on it now but it's junk, it runs but I doubt I'll ever get full potential of the motor with it. My V-star has 2 Mikunis on it and I find them to be much more tuner friendly. Once I get the carb I'll tidy up the wiring and hoses and actually ride it!:hyper:

The rear fender is ready to be put on, I just haven't gotten around to doing it yet. I also sprayed the frame with a coating that's meant to be used for truck bed liner, I like the looks of it but the brand I bought (Duplicolor) is terrible and it will never hold up, so I'll probably tear the bike back down next winter and send the frame off for satin black powder coating.

That thing is sweet. Did you fabricate the frame yourself?

No, its a Red Barron frame. There are so many different elements that play into making a frame safe and well handling that I really doubt I want to take a swing at building one.

That CB would make a killer chop, lots of people have done it, they sound good with open pipes too.:D

Here are a couple of older pics of my brother and me on a trip to Big Bend Natl. Park (1) and about 1/2 way around Lake Superior (2). The second pic is after about 30 miles on gravel. My mantra was "Float, baby float." Oh, and mine is the red Concours--great bike.

Concours are classic sport tourers and one of the best values out there. The new ones are Phat too. I am old enough and been through enough bikes that I am leaning toward a Wing - but I still want a multsport like the BMW GS for having fun.

The Connie is probably the best bike I've ever owned. It handles great-even fully loaded for touring. Not for everybody, but it really suits my riding style--hard and fast. Just put some new progressive springs in when I did my fork seals. Those and some heavier fork oil and I feel like racing!
