Now, If you are worried about battery life during a gig.. you can wire 2 9Vdc batteries in parallel. Still 9 volts but, it "doubles" the run time. Theoretically.
I don't have $2075, but if a deal like that came up, I'd come up with $2075.

A little early but since I had a little photoshoot with my beautiful wife this morning after the kids went to school, I thought I would share a little christmas card with you guys. Hope you don´t mind.
I´ll add that my wife likes to play bass as well and supports me playing. She also loves my new Spector

My son and I do that "Mr. Spock one eyebrow thing" at each other when someone says something or we see something ...um, odd.
Like "A Korean NS-2C, made in USA" would be contradictory.
I was just saying that the neck plate says "Made in USA" and "NS1340" was the serial number on the plate.
Since I was on my droid and I have not seen the neck plate on a 2C close enough to read it, it seemed odd. Like another end of the Kramer era throw together.
But coming with a tweed HSC, that's a great deal!
That neck plate doesnt mean a thing....all my NS-2C's have that MADE IN THE USA on the neck plate....as did the Kramer Forum I had. As far as Ive ever known, they were all Korean.
And yes that is a great deal!

Don't believe the USA on this neckplate. Back in my guitar days, I was a Kramer fan boy. Kramer would've bought Spector about the same time they moved to the pointy headstock era, which began around 85 or 86. The neckplates moved to having a pointier headstock on them. It is altogether possible that they still had several of the banana headstock neckplates left over in basses though. If this was made after Kramer went to the pointy headstock, then it was made overseas. Even the guitars Kramer had that said American on the headstock and had this type of neckplate wree not made in the USA. They were made in Japan by ESP, and inspected in New Jersey. That was something that I always viewed as deceptive by Kramer. In addition to all of this, when Kramer closed, they had a ton of neckplates that were sold in bulk, so I would never assume a Kramer neckplate belonged on the guitar it was on in a sale, unless I knew both the plate and the guitar in question were from the beak headstock days, which were before the banana headstocks of around 84.
All that being said, $250 seems like a good price for it. I paid $300 for a Kramer Forum II not too long ago...wasn't my cup of tea. And Thundar, I'm pretty sure during the late 80s the Forum line was the only one being made in the ESP factory. All the other basses were Korean, or worse.
