Would anyone have a coronary if I said that it was time for this one to relocate?

That's one of the best playing and sounding Euros I've ever encountered. If my white Euro LX with the Wimbish neck had been as good as Jaymi's Amber Wimbish, I would have kept it even with the other cosmetic factory defects. That's how great his bass is. And the other interesting thing is that the Tone Pump sounds better in his Wimbish that I've heard it sound anywhere else including every Spector Euro I've had come through and others I've tried at shops. Jaymi's just has that mojo along with one of the nicer USA tops for Wimbish basses you will ever see. The quality can vary, but Jaymi's is extraordinary as you can well see. And it's even better in person.

Let us know when you put it in the TB classifieds so we can bump for you!

I've never known that's how you get the amazing colors. First transparent black, sand, add color? So you only lightly sand some of the black off?
Yes, once the black is on and dry, you light sand the body. The idea is that the woodgrain will pick up and it'll hold the black. Then apply your color stain. That's how that gorgeous NS-4 that's black/blue, have popping grain. :D

Well Jaymi, atleast it's not giving me S.A.S. because its amber. :p Lol

There are some incredibly beautiful basses here! :O

Ok, so my new ReBop 5 does have loose tuners. Which brand do you think I should replace them with? I put Gotohs on my Wick, I like them a lot. I'll go with those unless someone has a better suggestion?

The Ian Hill i had TonePump was a real growler! When I played at the 1st Annual Farmstead Festival, I had people coming up after each set wanting to look at it and complementing on its growly tone. :bassist:

As you know the 10th Anniversary ReBop4-MM bass is now being shown to the public for the first time this weekend at Bass Player Live.

Before arriving at Bass Player Live, it took a mini tour and visited with me for some of my famous "Limaguy" sound clips.

It then visited with Jaymi for one of his famous Video reviews.

Clips and Video below.

Feel free to PM me or Jaymi with any questions.

In my clips I am comparing The ReBopMM with a MusicMan USA Made Sub Sterling. (not to be confused with the current import version)

Special Thanks to PJ for allowing this to happen and to Lee for lending his MusicMan USA Made Sub Sterling.
