Beautiful twins christpncher!

So newer rics have fat necks, good to know...

Setup up our practice space from the show, drummer forgot his cymbal hardware foam things, so did a cool jam without cymbals but no actual practice tonight...darn. And with me starting working this week we cant practice til friday now, double darn, but it means money for Max to pay for more things.

I know we've done this before, but - does anyone own an Electric amp? I am doing the obvious toss-up between Matamp and Electric. Shipping and custom faceplate and the unit itself is going to cost me about $4000 for Matamp, probably about the same post-tax for a Electric/Green amp.

Well if you really wanna be Al, Green is the only way.

EDIT: Al Green, haha

what do u wanna know about them?

yay Dunwich. I'm going to end up overthinking the hell out of this situation, but it's because it's costing me an utter ******** of money due to location!

Comparisons between build quality interest me at the moment. I keep stumbling across different websites completely trashing Matamp's current build quality, turnaround times, rate of failure, and the lack of similarity between their current amps and the amps that made them great originally - then I realised I think they are actually all owned by the same guy, the one who makes Electric amps - judging from the website formats anyway. If there's any truth to those it would definitely sway my decision!

I wasn't going to post these, since they really have nothing to do with this thread, but I'm bored and the thread is slowwww. Instrumental demo tracks from a new grindcore project I'm working on with a friend. Just scratch tracks we laid down at my house on Sunday, to get some ideas going. We're going to try to incorporate more noise and pedal freakout stuff into it as we go.

Man stomach flu of Doom beating me down, actually posted in the old forum. Turned 41 today, worst birthday ever, need to write a folk song about spending your birthday on the shvtter lol

Sorry bout your crap day. If it makes you feel better I lost on my ampeg deal because I was too busy and that yamaha I was gassing for has a bigger neck then I like. So that's a no go either.
