Had a blast last night at our show in Seattle. We ended up headlining and played to a pretty well occupied room. Great turnout for a Monday night! Even got paid enough to cover gas costs to get there.

Right on man, get some merch going and you might actually walk away with more money than you came in with. So I've heard, breaking even is about my best case gig scenario.
My wife goes from 0 to rage now every time I play a youtube pedal demo video, lol. She's so sick of it. Pedals are just fun, they're like my little friends down there giving me confidence ;p. I think a few more pedal toys then I need to get some nice amps somehow... wife's drum set is killing me right now. She would have to have the nice **** right?
Oh and on a side note, about 36 hours no cigarette... I keep goin from not thinking about it to wanting to demolish the world. About another day and a half I should have the taste out of my mouth.
I have the same problem I can never think of music to buy when I want some new stuff to listen to. Sometimes I think to myself that I shouldn't buy so much music in the genre I play. That way that song stuck in my head doesn't end me thinking its a original riff and trying to use it. Think about it, how many times has anyone brought in a song then another member busts you out and says "hey that's so n' so, this track!" ? I've done it a couple times.
Killers should be pretty solid live. Think I'm getting dragged to a Mumford and Sons concert, and I'd rather commit suicide.
Ya same here....constantly have to clean up after them. Hard for us to say anything because we are the new guys but they leave their gear up and trash the place. One of the guitar players for the other band bought a bunch of brand new pedals and just left the boxes, wrappers, and some of the pedals just laying around. I just kicked it into a pile and out of my way. Sucks because we have to set up and tear down except for drums every practice but its either that or no practice at all since there just isnt anywhere to jam around here.
Going to see the Meat Puppets this Friday.
Actually Varg never dropped the LOTR thing, Burzum means darkness in black speech.
Ash nazg durbatulûk, ash nazg gimbatul,
ash nazg thrakatulûk agh burzum-ishi krimpatul.
One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them,
One Ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them.
Nerd out.
ull never escape the mid cut in a FMV!!!! mauhuhuuhuh

Sure you can. You just have to sacrifice your bass and treble. And then get a 66.
I think I need to start a mid scoop fan club. Which sub-forum should I use?
2/10/2 sounds like crap IMO which is what your referring to. i dont think Ron can accept that tone. Course you could preboost it with a mid boost to offset that, active mid range control
I just thought of something while I was posting this. This show seems decently matched so I don't think we'll suffer from people coming to see one band and then leaving.

i think FMV is a useless EQ, i mean you dont really much adjustment of bass or treble while the mids can only be less cut at maximum but then again I play guitar, we occupy different worlds
Yes, but he stopped going by Grishnackh, and became super lame.

****ign Rad. Sounds like you guys are taking off.
We're hoping to head up that way again mid September; hopefully we can do a show together.

He was always lame. In other news, he and his wife were arrested in france today, apparently they were planning some sort of terrorist attack.
But Filosofem is still one of the best bm albums ever.![]()
