Stoner/Doom Bassists Thread, Part 90: Maxed Out

I spent all day at an abandoned hospital in the woods for work today.

I thought it was. I think they keep track of how much you buy, like with psuedophed - but as long as you're not cooking Walter White style I think you're good.

Yep. Love that stuff.
You know, now that I think of it, I've been complaining about not having enough time in my life lately.
I bet those little pills probably gave me more time in my day for stuff like 4hr rehearsals.
Wonder how many years off the end of my life they cost me...

how do you guys do your guitar straps? straplocks? grolsch beer seals? screw it directly onto the guitar with a washer?

Did you by chance read heavier than heaven? I heard about the grolsch thing reading that in HS before I even started playing.

I have flipped so many guitars and probably 40% have strap lock studs I assume the seller forgot to keep. So I keep them and install the normal ones when I flip. So all my basses and guitars have them and I just rotate out the strap to the one I'm playing lol as I one have have one set of the female strap part.

My bronco though uses washers.

Those years will probably suck anyway.

Weirdest argument I've ever heard. Not that this is the first time hearing it.

Just saw interstellar at the $1 theatre in 35mm (idk what that implies though). That movie went from funny to exciting to scary. Shook me to the core like no movie has in years. No movie has made me think like that ever probably. Weird to as the friend I saw it with had already seen it, and I leaned over less than halfway into the movie to predict the ending and even though I was right it's still freaky to me beyond comprehension idk why.

Grolsh seals on all except the Ibanez. It's got those strange thick pegs on which the seals won't fit. But I doubt that the strap would fall off, it took me like 5 minutes to put it.

Anyone tried the DOD 250 overdrive? I feel some Al Cisneros fanboy GAS coming...
