I like tuner last, too. Acts as a mute. For some reason, when my tuner was at the beginning, some signal would leak through and get gnarly in the dirt and it'd be less-than-muted.

Also, jammed the BSW in second band tonight. Didn't cut as well through guitar as I hoped, but I may try to tweak it. Sounded good on a couple solo'd parts, though. Still need to record a sample. I broke out the Behringer Bass Synth and that fared much better with band mix.

Ah, guess my gate does that for me. It's last before the delay pedal, so nothing gets through anyway.

Lap steel was in my porch. Very cool comes with a backpack gig back that holds your lap steel and the legs, and for some reason a pocket for a phone/MP3 with a headphone hole.

Came with what I assume are kinda thin strings, but overall way better than I could have hoped. Time to tune to open E and give it a go. Or go get a beer and fuzz pedal for $16 down town..

What did I buy? Body is brown woodgrain with gloss. Pickups say SSD EMG. Bad pic, only had a few seconds before my break was over. I think it's probably a Spector NS2002 looking at an old catalog.

Holy poopie. I just had such a surge of polar opposite emotions. New rig just landed. Super excited. I was unboxing everything and as I open the back panel to inspect the delivery, my oil rig (for those of you who know what this is) hit the deck. Glass everywhere. New rig... No rig... DEVASTATION. And then the pizza I ordered is delivered. I need a cigarette.

I fell behind the thread again, and so someone may have already posted this, but anyway:

Can I Stream.It?: Search Netflix, Hulu, Google Play, iTunes, and more, for movies to stream instantly, rent, and buy.

I have had one case where it said a movie was not streamable, but I found the movie on Amazon streaming, so ymmv.

EDITZ - and now re-reading your post, you didn't want a search, you wanted a list. So fail. :)

New rig sounds incredible. I have never had this much power before. Even into my avatar 115 practice cab, I can just tell it will be devastating onstage. I only got the volume up to about 9 o' clock and my walls were shaking. The low fundamentals were so thick. Knowing that there is essentially an unlimited supply of power behind them makes me moist. I'm going to have to listen to my speakers so I don't blow anything up, but gat dayum if this titty isn't the bee's knees.


Also good show @askrere and @ampegfuzz . We were all in desperate need of gear pics.

I didn't realize lap steels had 36 frets.

See, that sounds like 4-5 songs to me. Lol.

We got our set extended to 45 minutes once. We weren't sure what to do, when they were like "you have time for one more!" after the song we've been closing with. We played the last bit of the first album, even though we hadn't practiced it in months... didn't turn out too bad, surprisingly.

I wish our communication with other bands was better. If someone's bringing an Ampeg fridge, I feel like there's no need for anyone else to bring a bass cab.

A few years back I was hiking just off trail in a relatively busy section of a local state park and my friend and I stumbled across a small bundle of 3 syringes and a tie off. When I say just off trail, I mean we were returning from an off trail hike and were 10 yards from the trailhead/parking area. We grabbed the paraphernalia and disposed of it. The wait for the big brown truck is a tedious and exhausting one. Many of the daytime hours I need to save for sleep, but I need to sign and I am to pumped for this delivery. Sucks that UPS is so utterly unreliable and unpredictable. THAT'S MY FIRST WORLD GRIPE OF THE DAY.



Also, we need gear pics or we have to assume you have no gear. Which is alright and I am sure your a cool person, but at least post some pics of other peoples gear. I just want to look at rigs, basses and pedal boards all day.

People are such jerks. Some guy smashed a 40 oz. bottle on the sidewalk a few days ago, near my place. My upstairs neighbors have two dogs, and my neighbor across the alley has one. Plus there are small kids in the area.

It's not a moralizing thing, just, people should shaging clean up their messes. It's not that hard.

Ugh, jerks.

Someone hit and run my van and I didn't notice until in Portland, the spot where they'd bent the trim caused it to rip off due to air resistance.
