Well I met the guy, he's pretty cool, likes a lot of the same music, and has a house as well to jam at. Has a really nice Iceman, and some guy left a full drum set at his house to use as well. Straight edge dude, but not the AA kind so at least he tolerates any shenanigans.

Man, Jerry is lookin' old. His Devilock is on the top of his head now.
Alright looks like i jumped the gun saying I've figured out the mostly harmless' issue. I put the case back on and racked it up today and immediately it started buzzing/humming again. What are some things I can do to help track the cause of this down. I hate to send it back to dunwich for repair over something that has to be a simple grounding issue. @dunwichamps if you've got any input I'd appreciate it as well!

I've replaced the tubes. Also it happens when it's cased but not racked. Going to take the case back off and see if it continues.
Edit: I've removed the case and it stopped, which tells me something on the front panel is grounding and shorting when I put the case on.

As the previous owner. Maybe that's because those screws stick out? Touch stuff and cause an issue?
When I say uncased I mean like this with the bottom still on just the top cover removed.
Ps. I shortened those screws to make it fit in my rack case. But it was buzzing before that.
While it wouldn't fix the underlying issue, some rubber washers on the screw holes would probably alleviate the noise. But mostly, Nick needs to hear about it so he can offer a solution.
There might be a cable with a crimp-on circle connector that was screwed down by one of the screws connecting the cover to the chassis. So look for a wire that;s not connected to anything. Might have come loose when you took the cover off.
