Seriously though this is one of the most beautiful pedals I have ever heard. It's utterly amazing and I almost cried as I played it. The Terror button (feedback) is so good. A bit harsh but I'm sure it can be tamed. The pedal makes me feel like I'm on the cover of The Sciences.

Also has the perfect amount of modulation for a reverb.
If nothing else it looks incredible.
But what is it? Basically a reverb with a mad stomp? I found the yt vids rather useless.
self-oscillation madness. A few other reverbs have been putting them in and its glorious.
Hi all, hoping to get some help here. I've to come to the realization that I'm old and everything hurts, and it hurts more when I lift heavy stuff. Im the last 6 months I've sold off my Peaveys (Super Festivals), Ampeg SVT II, Peavey 2x15 and 6x12 cabs, Ampeg 8x10, 8x8, and two 1x18 cabs, and in the process of selling off some Mesa's, Road Ready cabs and Carbine M9 head.
I've ordered a super light Revsound 215 and am now looking for a head. I still have my GK 800RB, but want something small and light. I'm leaning towards a Mesa Subway (havent decided which), a Microtubes 900 v2, and the Orange Terror Bass. Sometimes I entertain the idea of a Quilter Bass Block too.
I have a ton of pedal to get my dirt from, and a Source Audio EQ2 so EQ and HPF needs are met there. I'm not loaded, but I have a bunch saved up from selling off my heavy gear, so price isn't an issue. What would you choose? What else should I consider?

Traynor YBA100, 22 lbs, 100 watts, 4 x 6L6's.
With a 2x15 I bet that would be good. My last big rig was a Peavey 2X15 (w/ Faitals) and Ampeg V4-B (same watts but 3x the weight) and was plenty loud enough, and probably the best sounding combination I've had in a while. If I didn't have the Ampeg I would be playing that Traynor.
I had a 300 a couple years ago and it was nice, didn’t realize the 100 was so light.
it’s funny you mention the Ampeg. Last week I was like, “I’m a man damnit, I’m buying an Ampeg” and I went to check out a v4-b. I didn’t even play it. I went to lift it and decided I don’t need to be a man anymore. I have a definite shoulder replacement in my future, but I’m trying to avoid it as long as possible.

Not at all. My last group of jam buddies and I only made trre-themed music. Everything was referenced to trees, from the Ents of LOTR to name-checking various species of tree in song titles and lyrics. All trees. All the time.
Also - guitar was finally fixed. Apparently the ground wire to the pickup went bad - not the soldering point, the wire itself - so the tech just soldered in a new wire to ground the pickup. Totally silent now, until I don't want it to be.
I haven't but I should. I need to get over myself. I've been avoiding it because I didn't want to feel like a brand wh*re. Like there's anybody paying attention or giving a crap about what I do.
I mean, if you like the brand's products, and have no real reason to distrust them or whatnot, are you really a wh*re? I've tried other amps in (and sometimes out of) my price range, but GK is what always sounds best to me. Same for Ibanez basses, though they often beat out higher priced basses. Use what works for you. Like you said, no one really pays attention or cares except you! And if they do, they can buy you whatever rig they like!
