I'm realy considering a GB75JH as a bass that will live in our band practice room and otherwise function as backup, perhaps main bass on a song or 2, so I'm wondering.. How does it play? How low can you get the action?
If you were referring Trans Tone bridge used on Cort Artisan A lineup... doubt the Kickass bridge would be a direct drop in replacement, cause Cort installed the Trans Tone bridge countersunk.
Anyway, why would you need to replace the Trans Tone bridge? It's one of best bass bridges I had ever used.

I’ve got the A5 Custom SP and B5+ like yours and I really do not play anything else. Not pulled a Fender out of the case for nearly a year!
As stated, the Transtone is sunk into the body.. also it is a much better bridge than the Kickass (which I put on a Jazz last year).

On my A5, I string my B across the bridge and the rest through the body. I use Jim Dunlop flats.
I used several strings on mine: First were D'Addario XLs which came with the bass; second were D'Addario Half Rounds which had a tapered B string; third I had D'Addario Chromes, so I've also used flats on the Trans Tone; then I had GHS Pressurewound; and last were Ken Smith Compressors which also had a tapered B string. Mostly I chose thru body stringing.
I really didn't have problem setting the intonation on the Trans Tone bridge with any of these strings.

dude just jump in.. you don't need numbers to be in this club.. just post question/something/experience thats Cort bass related..as far as i know. i dont have numbers either and so you are good...
I'm looking at adding an active bass to my arsenal. I cannot locate the nut width of this model for the life of me. Can anyone help??

And I thought I was the only TB'er with an older B4FL.
Here is mine, purchased here on TB. I had a guitar tech add a preamp bypass switch. It took me some time to figure out the bridge saddles (thanks again, TB!), but I love playing it. The all-wenge neck gives it a very unique voice.
