I'm always amazed that women can (and choose to) stand and walk in kicks like those.
My all time favorite female rocker performance is by the one & only - (note reasonable heals and how they don't prevent some pretty awesome moves)

TSC had our third & final recording session at Chabot College in Hayward (East Bay- Bay Area) today wrapping up the recordings of 4 songs for a class on recording; 3 covers and one original. We spent a good percentage of the 5 hrs on Pauls new song, which Kirstin provided lyrics for. (a welcomed long overdue collaboration) She also overdubbed keys for it, and Paul overdubbed acoustic guitar and horns. We laid down the drums, percussion, bass and electric guitar in our 1st session. Today on top of that, Kirstin sang lead (first time we heard the lyrics!) and Paul & I added bg vocals (in French!) on the C-section. (who knew?) Kirstin also added another harmonizing falsetto bg vocal on that C-section... just wow! This song (still untitled) evolved over the three sessions. We did a basic rough-draft run-through at our rehearsal space right before session one, so it was cool hearing it develop in real time over the three sessions. The students will now take on mixing our tracks and we'll provide our feedback once we hear their working mixes. Here's some pic's of our session today.

K played our Roland keyboard for the recording but took advantage of their grand for the run-throughs - the song is primarily in English, but has a French C-section. Phil, our new drummer also speaks French and suggested adding that to the mix. Good call Phil.

She plays a mean Dano! love her energy on stage.
Although that’s probably more clothes on her than I’ve ever seen before.
That looks in great condition - the glossy finish looks almost new!
I had a Gibson Explorer Bass, it was fantastic and another bass I wish I'd not sold.
I'm thinking to get back in touch with the chap who took it off my hands - struggling to recall if it was a Guitar of the Week/Month or from a few years later? Either way this re-release didn't make it into @Basvarken 's book.
