Good thing my dog hated youI was focused on the amazing burritos and real Coke. Sex. Food. Bass. In that order.

Yep. Well, she was oblivious when I snuck out Sunday AM. Thanks again for the great hang Dave.Good thing my dog hated you![]()
I had one of these(K150 bass combo). Sounded great but was too much PITA for my(then)70y/o @$$ to lift inandout of the gigmobile. Got a 34.5# Rumble 200c in November 2015 to replace it.

Short clip of it being played through. I was using my long departed Epi EB-3L 'cos 'Bird was in the shop.
Dunno why it then adds other clips and I have no idea what that movie thing is.![]()

Well, there was this hot Asian Bad Lemon fan girl next to us. She seemed to know the drummer. But back in the day…..Hmmm. We've only heard about the last two of the three. I guess that's to keep from getting things shut down again.
And you, and the rest of the gang here are welcome anytime. Bakersfield or Pine Mountain Club. Let me know when you’re SoCal bound. We’ll keep the lights on.Any time!

My wife started, but never finished, a geology degree. She absolutely refuses to even visit New Orleans because it’s below sea level.
Seems to be the way around here.
NGD! I never thought I'd go this route, but it became pretty obvious I'd be waiting indefinitely for another run of lefty basses. Watching the Johnny Marr interview on That Pedal Show inspired me to rethink guitar and relearn it. It's been ages. Gibson originally offered me a guitar, but I wasn't interested at the time. But now I'm excited. They were backordered until the Spring, but yesterday I was looking at something at the Gibson site and went over to this '61 Standard page and saw lefties in stock. I emailed my contact and he confirmed they did do an unexpected run and said I should be receiving this today and sent me a tracking number. I thought he meant the tracking number, but it was out for delivery. What a surprise.

Hope you weren’t at the Bakersfield Christmas parade. Oh, maybe that was yesterday? And you, and the rest of the gang here are welcome anytime. Bakersfield or Pine Mountain Club. Let me know when you’re SoCal bound. We’ll keep the lights on.
Les Pauls and especially ES335s are what I think of when I think of what an electric guitar should look like. Always have. I don't know why. Strats and Teles never come to mind so much as an abstract image.I always thought this was a classic look, even though not the best bridge design.

Hippies and wierdos! My kinda peopleJust sold the red Greco to some weird Texas Thom Bombadil hippie, I’m telling ya the peeples you meet on the interwebz these days…
The SIT Powersteels are quite bright.I've had Rotosound SM66s on it, broke a string, and then put some strings on it which brand I can't recall. Sounds better though!
Maybe I'll do new strings first... Who's got a good bright, crunchy string rec?
A 75 Marauder, 78ish Epi USA Spirit (LPJ doublecut with 2 humbuckers), 58 Silvertone, Epi Humingbird, Rat Rod Teisco Tulip, another parts MIJ punk guitar, and a maple guitar that I built decades ago. Apparently I have 7 guitars...What do you have?
