As soon as you start messing with it, you will F**k it up....it was meant to be as you see it. If you don't like it, see if you can trade for one you do like.
My prediction is that if you do pay to have it refinished with different fingerboard wood and stains and knobs and pickup covers and ramps....all said and done, you may find you do t like the sound or something like that and will Want to sell it.....good luck trying to sell a refinished Fodera (why did you refinish it! - a buyer asks...."because I don't like how it looked..." Thanks, I'll pass - the buyer says) an break even after paying ungodly amounts of money on the thing....and In the end, how much did you play it...?
