I just got my Le Bass. Although the sounds and features are amazing. It's way too noisy! I'm going to return it due to noise.

I'd have it exchanged for another perhaps, mine is completely quiet, even when im using the dirt channel I find it very noise free
In fact compared to majority of the preamps I played before this I found it to be one of the quietest if not the quietest

Mine is very quiet as well.
I would either return/exchange or contact Two Notes Support.
Perhaps a tube re-seat would resolve? They would know else simply return.
I previously dismissed this pedal because of the power requirements. But reading that a cs7 12v outlet can power it has me interested all over again....
Something has to be wrong, either the unit or power supply. Did you try any other adapters or different wall sockets?
Could be, it's Always good t have spare 12ax7s in the house.
Even still, if I would return for exchange/credit as is policy with most retailers.

Thanks all! I tried two different rigs - each in a different room, headphones, and my spare tube. Noisy and channel B has very little low end compared to channel A.
My channel B has less low end than channel A too, that's the nature of overdrive, that's what cold fusion is for
Gotcha. But it seems to excessively lack low end... Oh well - I have an exchange arriving soon.

Minor Complaint: Knobs
I am finding the knobs on the Le Bass hard to see due to the reflection given off by the concentric rings on the top coupled with the slim carve-out notch for the position marker.
I would have appreciated knobs with more contrast and legibility, but with tones this good coming out of the pedal, I can manage!

Im a total beginner/newbie. I'm looking to get this as my practice device, to use primarily with headphones and no amp or cab.
Reason for starting with no amp and cab, is that I want to buy the Darkglass amp and Cab in July.
Would the LeBass be suitable solely for headphone use while I wait for the Darkglass Amp?

As much as I like the LeBass, for that use it's definitely overkill, unless you're an audiophile.
It would be great to have as a backup pre though.
As long as you don't need to mix in an external source, then it's great for that. If you need to practice along to something though you'd either need to add another headphone amp or mixer, or go for something different like the forthcoming GK Plex preamp.
Can you run by me a good mixer to allow for playing along to tracks. Is there a pedal designed for that use, which I can connect the le bass too.
I like the idea that i could use the le bass further down the road as a pre-amp to add warmth.
