I'd like to join. I'm mostly vegetarian, though I go off of it once in a while. I always feel better on a vegetarian/vegan diet though. Earlier this year, I was on a raw vegan diet for about 3 months, eating about 80% raw. I felt awesome in a lot of ways....increased energy level, more aware, better memory....but I was having digestive problems no matter how much I chewed. I went back to eating more cooked foods while I work on improving my digestion, as they break down easier. I've been reading 'Conscious Eating' by Gabriel Cousens, an excellent book for anyone interested in raw veganism, or transitioning to this type of diet/lifestyle. My goal is definitely to go back to a mostly raw vegan diet.
Can I have #bananana instead?

Can I join? I've been a vegetarian for well over a year now.
I don't know if I'm allowed in, I eat fish and eggs but no meat.
I'm openly and happily pescaterian (sp???). I tried being a vegetarian for a year-and-a-half, but found a couple of things I just couldn't live without. Red meat, white meat, pink meat, brown meat, poultry, pork, lamb, kangaroo, deer, etc, don't work for me.
I guess I can't be a member, but I'll support those that qualify!![]()
And, to all those who always ask, "what do you eat if you don't eat meat?" or "how do you get your protein", I'll answer by simply stating that if you only ate meat, you probably don't visit the john very often...

I'm 26. I've been vegetarian since i was 12 and i've been vegan for roughly half of that time.
Yep... Vegan Straightedge and a Ginger... TB/OT just loves me![]()
