Haha. But seriously, I don't fault the guy--I'd have had the same luck with those tiny screws. If you have some spares, I'll pay you for them.

Lucky you! I have just 5 take-off screws left from my '90. So in the mail they'll go!

Premium price
looks like two offers were made and declined. (anyone here??) i guess he's accounting for the wait, shipping, customs....plus you don't really see Mk III much in the used market. Other than that, i don't really see any other option upgrades. Looking at the figuring of the BEM, appears that it would be a standard grade....... no?? so £4050 to $ is roughly $6900 for it new??yalooks like two offers were made and declined. The two declined offers were mine, his asking price is high and doesn't include shipping. I agree that it's a fairly standard MkIII, no fret markers either, looks a lot like that one in the YouTube video where the dude is demoing it.
Speaking of pickup placement anyone ever inquire about what type of upcharge a non-standard pickup placement would be to Paul?
Wow, sold fast! I almost hung a for sale sign on my Wal 5 to chase that MkIII.glad now I didn't do anything rash...
I don't mind waiting for a new build because I can get exactly what I want at that price.Man ! Too fast ! Too expensive, but if I was in search for a MKIII ,I really prefer to bought a nice used one (like this one) than wait almost 2 years for a new one.

Also, you and me have enough Wals to keep us company so 19 months doesn't seem painful.
