What's all the hate for Pete Wentz?

Most chicks I know of, who knows who he is adores him... not hate at all by any means. BTW I've never heard of him, or knew who he was until my elder brothers daughters had a crush on him years back...I just "huh? ..***... not One Direction?!?!" They started to throw things at me...;)

i mean don't get me wrong he's not the most technically proficient bass player in the world, but I can think of players FAR worse than him (for example: Sid Viscious and I've heard Robert Trujillo is pretty bad too). The man has an awesome stage presence and personality! Not to mention he really knows how to write songs lyrics!

ROFL

That's the most uneducated statement about Trujillo ever. I mean, silly, dumb, idiotic, not based in fact, it doesn't compute etc etc. As far as Wentz - apparently you like him and you're posting passive-aggressively. You're a fan boy, ok, cool. But, you made yourself appear really low on the bass IQ with this post.

My problem with player like Pete Wentz is they just continue to dumb down music as if it isn't dumb enough ... it is sad when you learn that in a time in our recent history, jazz music was the pop music of that time ... it just goes to show how dumb down our crap is now and those who still put effort in making music that is worth listening too are quite in the shadow because they are too far for the average consumer ...

It isn't about Art anymore, it is about who will sell fashion, attitude and there image the best
