Yeah, the problem with plug ins is that they sound to digital. Hopefully the gtr3 does not.

Sounds great! What I like about the gtr3 is that it have better amp specs then the SVX. Example, SVT810AV instead of SVT810H. Just another question, When you are lazy and use gtr3 do you use a DI box also?

Ok, here´s the deal. I been offered to buy a Sovtek green Big Muff from 1985. Is that the real deal if it is from 1985? I don´t know so much about the history when the reissues came out on the market.

I have the PreSonus Firebox as an interface now. I could use the firebox with the 2BA-221 instead of buying the 610 and DMP3 for the same money. In this pricerange the Avalon U5 is an alternative also, if it works like the 2BA-221. But the summit maybe is better anyway.

I also looked at the Summit Audio 2BA-221 and TD-100. Pricier than both of the M-audio and Mbox2, but maybe better sound from them?

Well, that is gonna be little more than I need. I´m fine with a 2 preamp interface with a sort of limited version of Pro Tools or cubase. But I don´t like cubase so much and I have never tried PT before, but I will try it before buying it. And Digidesign also have the MBox 2 Factory interface...

What Pro Tools rig are you using? I thinking of switching to M-powered PT from Cubase LE. That´s why I´m into the M-audio interface to work with. I´m gonna take a look at Grace and Summit Audio.

To me the fender sounds better. The Sx sounds more "Plonk Plonk Plonk". It became more obvious with the new soundclip. And also, I dont have a Fender or SX.

I don`t get that either. Trujillo is a VERY GOOD bassist and have my RESPECT. People say he has much better tone and plays tighter than Newsted but that is just ********. Jason had very good tone and he was so tight in the songs, both on the albums and on live shows.
