I need some opinions . I have a Pignose B100VH all tube 100 head . Designed by Dennis Kager from Ampeg in the 60's-70's. Very close to a cross between B15, and V4B. What small 15" cab would get me close to a B15N sound . Would a PF115he or 115LF cab get me there ? Jimmy , what you think , man ?

Does anyone have any ideas on how close to a B15 double baffle cab , the PF15he cab would be. I will be using a Pignose B100VH tube head .

Anyone replaced the 2 saddle bridge with a 4 saddle. I would like to keep string thru, and use a direct replace fit, no new hole drilling . Appreciate any input.

This is my latest GAS . Had the Squier Tele humbucker, just got the GK MB112- man, what a killer combo in a 28 lb. package!

Just got a used GK MB 112. Sounds great but the grill is bowed in the center. I want to pull the grill and try to pop it flat , but am concerned about cracking it. Anyone have any word on how strong the grill is, and if it would crack if I tried to pop ot back out? I'd just order a new one...

Just yanked the head out of my Pignose B100V, and my friend built a cab for a stand alone head- 100W all tube (now a B100VH). The combo sounded good, but that head thru my 2 12" , and my 2 1 15" cabs sounds awesome!

Found. A 1987 GK800RB - horozontal switch model - about 2 years ago- it is unbelievably good! 100% true to the sound of your bass. Adds no coloration. Sits absolutely perfect in the mix !

Have a 1987 GK 800RB-Awesome! An Acoustic 370 Awesome! An Ampeg PF500 Awesome! If I ever get any $ , my dream rig is to run the 800RB and the 370 into a Berg NV610, and the PF500 into 2 PF115HE flip top cabs !!!!!!!!
