Oh geeze, a couple of years ago my former cardiologist was trying to solve an issue with me, and put me on a medication which has gout listed as one of the side effects. The joint in the right big toe. Oh man, what pain. I quit taking the heart pill, and my primary care doc put me on allopurinol to help with the gout. It took about a year to clear up. I have enough aches and pains as it is, and I sure didn't need a pill to give me another one.
It sounds as though you asked him for "something for pain." I guess that was enough pain for you.

"Ok, here, they can have it." :roflmao:

My stepmother really hated me from the very deepest bottom of her heart because none of here strategies worked with me

Actually, I didn't like chocolate pudding and such anyway

Wouldn't have worked with any of our cats. If they decided they wouldn't eat something they would stick to this decision. Apart from that, this is not the type of relationship we envisioned.

Also, as a zoo biologist once put it: we won't feed cheap food to expensive cats  Depending on the actually species, we often prepared game or fish for them.

One of our cats would eat anything - corn, green beans, bread, name it. He also like to chew on cellophane. He could be in the far back of the house but open something with cellophane and he would come flying! Never had or seen a cat like this. Liked to be picked up, everybody's buddy. Even tolerated baths. If he had been a dog he would have been a black lab.

One of TSO's sisters had a couple of Great Pyrs (in succession) that she would only feed top quality steat and rice to. Spoiled brauts!

The old family pet cats lost their minds for lamb lungs from the butcher.
Reading that just took my breath away!

Cleaned up the Corvette today then did a little top down driving then the coffee shop then Lowes. Nice day but a little windy.

Traffic is pretty bad in town. It's moving but LOTS of cars. Don't these people have jobs? What are they doing out on the streets in the middle of the afternoon? grumble, grumble...

Stimulus money to spend!! They are all going to IKEA or Scheels up in your neck of the woods.
