Yet, I meant receiving any critique (that happening, not the content of the critique) shows that the song is not bad enough to be ignored. At least something drive the critic to use some time to not ignore it; for whatever reason.
But you're mentioning a very useful point.
I used to take all critique too serious, at first. Took some time to learn that the better I know the critic, the better I can decide what part of the critique might help the song as it is intended - or not. So, learning to say "Thank you" and decide for oneself what of the critique to implement is a lesson worth to be learned, IMHO.

Beyond that, my point is that while KbD may think some members are "following" him, his significant presence on this forum make evading him the harder task. Again, not judging the frequency or content of his posts in any way....merely stating what is otherwise a common observation.

there's big a difference between Constructive critics and negative ones! constructive opinions towards your playing are a good thing ! there's always room for progress!

One thing that has helped me with my depression is a tip that my wife gave me. She told me about growth mindset vs. fixed mindset. Fixed mindset is saying " I suck at recording so I'm never doing it again." Growth mindset is saying "I'm not great at recording right now, but if I stick with it, I can get better at it."
I'm not saying that you should stick with recording if you don't want to, but if you do want to, don't let the haters get you down. Own your process. Do your thing.
Maybe this is something you already knew. It sounds self-explanatory enough, it sounds like "practice makes perfect," but just hearing it put this way helped me out a lot. Hope it helps somehow.

Well, sometimes there are some neutral comments, some advises, we see the words "bad", "technique", "wannabe" and don't focus on the entire meaning of the sentence which is quite neutral.
People who do nothing never make mistakes.

Your point was sufficiently clear the first time but thanks for elaborating. Mine was that there is an additional passage between witnessing KbD's daily barrage of posts and becoming one of his stalkers: the decision to and the act of responding to many of them. That he posts a lot should only increase the occurrence of unfavorable replies from random users (as opposed to the usual bunch).Of course, my comment was referring to overall TB content.

Beyond that, graphorrhea is (almost) a moot point: given how a forum member's post history is literally three clicks away, unless (s)he disables the function, much of the sedulous tracking connotation originally in the term "stalker" is not carried over to the forum usage thereof anyway.

It seems your bass position is not rock'n'roll enough.
I have been using a looper pedal for quick ideas, and then DAW later/next if it turns into anything. I can plug in a guitar, unplug, and plug in a bass. Pretty efficient.
I like the looper pedal idea. I still have to figure out how to fully use my TimeFactor. If I have a quick idea I just hum it into the recorder on my phone. Haven't figured out a way to save more than one track, though, so I need to write it out before doing another.
