congrats again on 2 terrific basses.....any comments on how they compare to the Skylines??
Thanks, Doug! No comments, because I haven't touched my Skylines since I got these! I will definitely sit down and compare them at some point.

Repeated from the last thread: What the heck is BBLOG?

Well, after a while of makeing sure it was safe, I was intructed today to buy a new bass by the wife. Looking to get a 55-02 to go with my Glaub and JO. Question though...where should I get one? I would rather buy from a TBer, but nothing used in the colors I like (CSB, TSB)....who is the best source for Lakies....(no dealers around me)...I was ordered to buy it today...help!!!

Check out the LOG site or call Leo!!!!! NOW!

Hey all, I just officially became a proud Lakland owner, but I am in need of some help! Take a look, maybe you've experienced the same thing or something similar: http://www.talkbass.com/forum/showthread.php?t=565081. I'll be you best friend if you can help me solve this! Thanks, glad to be a member :bassist::cool::bassist:

are you sure it is not the strings hitting a pole or a fret? that would "click"....if you are sure, e-mail [email protected] with your issues and do a recording if you can....he is GREAT and can diagnose the problem....if all else fails, you can send it in for a diagnosis.....it might be covered under warrantee....

good luck!!!

PS - welcome to our addication!!!!

Peace:

Doug

PPS - post pics.....please???

So what should I name the fretless Proto?

Noice Birds Eye!!!!!

It ALREADY has a name - Shadowfax......you need to keep the name....
