Hey Guys,
Looking to get a cover for my on-the-way CN212. Debating the whole padded vs. non-padded thing. My DB212 has a non-padded cover, and I think it has done a fine job. No rips in the tolex, and it has been on several trips in a trailer, loaded in and out of the back of my truck, etc. I feel like the padded covers also take up a lot of space when they are not on the cab.
Thinking about getting a Vinyl cover from Tuki. Any thoughts on the padded vs non-padded vs Vinyl? What are you guys using?
On a side note... and I hope I'm not out of line here, but Tuki has not done a cover for the CN212 yet, so they don't have measurements. Same with LeCover I believe. Anyone with some free time and a tape measure care to help a brother out and work up the dimensions, cut outs for handles, etc that I could send to Tuki? If not, I completely understand and will probably just wait for my CN to arrive and then order the cover.
Thanks!
LeCover makes the covers for Jim Bergantino. He will not make you a cover with Bergantino written on it, but he will make one with his name on it. Also, somebody in this thread is selling one for that cab.
