Cripes... I can't imagine what else you had to deal with growing up. I had nothing but cosmetic glitter, genetically modified corn and beef, 100% authentic lead paint chips and a steady supply of doctor recommended filterless cigarettes.

The filter just let's the cancer through, you need to dilute it with tar to patch up your lung holes and prevent the cancer from getting in in the first place.

Is that the Japanese kind with the flip-up handles on the back instead of towel bar? That's what I have - the cabinet is wood and not as heavy as the chipboard kind. The old SVT overhangs the back a fair amount.

Prospective guitar player sent me a recording of an acoustic piece, just so that we know that he can play. I appreciated that, the recording sounds good - it would totally make an awesome intro or interlude. I'm hearing room for some interesting bass playing in it too. So that's all good.

I did that recently with the Pickle Pie B and the Ultimate Drive. Put the ovedrive first, then set the fuzz to a very dark and thick sound and just barely dialed it in with the clean blend to beef up the overdrive sound. This was the result...

That's pre-posterous. I dig it. I am envious of the Dunwich. How is the Demeter for doom tones? I was under the impression that was more of a hifi geared pre.

There is nothong quite like having to flip like 4 or 5 power switches to actually ignite the rig. Makes me feel like a pilot or something.

I got the Demeter for $30 at a church early last spring and tried it twice but through poor power and cabs. Today I get to basically try an SVT, ORMAT and Demeter each for the first time.
