Man, if they would only stick a headstock on that single-cut...!!!
Why add weight or change the balance?

Because I loathe headless guitars/basses...Why add weight or change the balance?

Nordstrand didn't have a booth. They had product in atleast a dozen booths and were happy to be untethered and able to socialize freely. It was while Carey and I were talking that I saw Bobby coming up behind him and said "dude, Bobby ****ing Vega is walking up behind you" and they of course know each other, so we lucked out that Carey was at our booth at that moment and we got Bobby to try out the PowerBlade pickup in the sparkle green J4-P bass.So was @Carey just hangin’ out, or did he have a booth as well?
That's the Adam Clayton's signature? It looks familiar somehow!!!Back at the KALA booth, I was able to get a better shot of the purple beauty.

Oh cool and it has a little birthday party hat, how nice...It's a Nik West signature. It matches her hair and outfit.

SUNDAY, SUNDAY, SUNDAY! Ten bucks buys you the whole seat, but you'll only need the edge!

Hammersmith was really close to the Darkglass booth, and I spot a dude with a coooooool lookin' bass. It's Bobby Vega!

Here is his websiteI think this Hilton fella might have a future in bass building....
If anyone is unaware, Pete worked for Carl Thompson in NYC. as if the quality of work doesn't make that obvious.
I know of Chris Wyse mainly from The Cult. I expected him to come out and just rock. I was surprised when he started off with some beautifully melodic tapping. This dude is way more skilled than I realized.

However, later on he does play some Cult! He's also loving that new Liquifier Chorus Pedal.
Cripes, I've only seen the first three pages so far and the GAS is building rapidly.
THIS IS A DANGEROUS PLACE!
I made it as far as page 24 - before I (for no particularly rational reason) went online and bought myself BASS #9. Yep, the same bass guitar I have been telling myself I didn't need for the past half a year...
