You know you´re obsessed with bass when...

When you're a teen, and you own ****** equipment, and thinking everyday of upgrading but can't because you can't get a job.

You're thinking more of your first decent bass than your first car

Having GAS when all you have is a cheap-ass Ibanez

I'm so damn guilty

Can someone help me out?

+1. I'm 16. I've got an amp that does well for me, now i just need a new bass and some pedals. But i'm dropping a sport this year so hopefully i can get a job and (attempt) to get this stuff. But it's hard, i hear ya!

When you're 18 and your friends are all saving up for a car, every penny you earn goes into saving up for a Sadowsky or a new amp.

You read this thread and think "Damn why have I never tried that?".

You constantly think about breaking the armrests of your deskchair just to make it more comfortable while playing bass.

While checking the TV guide and see a program on Discovery named "bass adventures" or something similar, and you switch the channel because you think there might always be a chance that it's not about fish.

guilty of all but the first :)

Guilty!!:help:

When your right forearm has more muscles than your left.
When you shake your fist at the screen in School of Rock when everyone gets a solo besides the bassist.
When you hold your instrument by the strings without worry of them snapping. lol

i hav seen school of rock at least 100 times and EVERY time it ends, I keep expecting a bass solo, as if somehow they tacked it on at the end. Shame, Shame
