It's not a new pedal, but I picked up a Diamond Bass Comp Jr. from a buddy and didn't expect to like it as much as I did. It sounded more compressed than I normally like played solo, but I put it on my mini board and it sounds great on the gig.

Hands down my Fulltone Supa Wah. No contest. I sold all my wah pedals after trying it for 5 minutes.
2022 was a heavy buy/sell/trade year for me. Learning about what I liked (vibrato, not chorus), what I really liked (octave, fuzz, filter, preamps, flangers, delays/reverb) led me down many a fun rabbit hole. All these are new to me this year, and won't be sold/traded since they are crucial to my board and sound.
1), Broughton Maestro -- Also have the Malekko B:Assmaster, and love them both. The form factor to the Broughton is a big deal.
2), Wren & Cuff Phat Phuk B -- Passive axe with flats into this and into #6 is pure butter.
3), Sushi Box Finally DI -- Unreal going into interface to record. Haven't gigged in forever, so can't speak about going to FOH.
4), Sushi Box Particle Accelerator mini -- This would go on my "if I'm being honest" board, which are 5-6 essentials.
5), EHX Bass Microsynth -- All the synth essentials rolled up into one. The Trigger slider can essentially split the pedal in two. Trigger at 0 is Voice section only, Trigger at higher levels (use the toe!!) bring in the Filter section.
6), Analog Alien Bass Station -- Comp, Amp Sim, Fuzz all into one. Brilliant all the way around.
7), Boss VB-2W -- Using this a detune or pitch wheel type of effect at the end of a synth chain is a blast. Also running it into a delay is beautiful, almost meditative.

Analogman Juicer. It's been the core of my gigging tone. I was using a Dyna Comp before, since I joined my most recent band I am all Juicer all the time.
Darkglass Vintage Microtubes has become my only always on pedal. The tone is what I always heard in my head. A sample from our recordings at Headroom studios in Philly this year:

I am now fully sourced - Source Audio that is. I have a pedal board that I can use for my guitar, bass and baritone sax and mostly Source Audio. I retired, sold or gave away the other pedals.
Zoom A1X for the Baritone with a NUX clip on sax mic mainly for preamp duties -- Atlas, EQ2 , C4, Spectrum, LA Lady, Gemini, Nemesis, Ventris, Soleman, Sound Hub and Expression Pedal. The only non SA are Pigtronix Infinity Looper, Ernie Ball Volume Pedal, NUX MLD, Crybaby bass wah and a second Yamaha expression pedal, and Boss LS-2.

And a recently snagged Creation Audio Grizzly.....finally a fuzz that I like!
A Broughton HPF has yielded improvements in my overall sound this year, too.

I discovered sushi box fx in July and have been giving Nathan my cash ever since.
So, my favorites for 2022 are my 4 sushi box devices: underground accelerator, slampegg bee, space heater, and MORE.
They're all fantastic tube-powered pedals and I cannot heap enough praise on this brand.

Broughton Messenger... utility pedal, but just pulled my sound together.
Empress Compressor Mark II.
I know it's not the bass version, but works equally good for bass and guitar. Very responsive pedal.

2022 had two main impacts for me: downsizing and revisiting. I swapped into an HX Stomp at the tail end of last year, and commit to downsizing my oversized Holeyboard into something more useable. Making the commitment to limit myself to. Rockboard 3.1 had me make a lot of hard decisions, and I am in a better place for it.
With that, I'm now at least three deep in re-purchasing old pedals I had previously sold, since the upgrades to the HX Stomp and the size limitations put those back as the best choices for what I needed. Standouts are the Darkglass Alpha Omicron and Source Audio Collider.
Coming right on the tail end of 2022, and likely not making the board until 2023, is the Walrus Audio Luminary V2, in an attempt to downsize and tweak the Pog2 that is currently eating too much space on my board for what I use it for, and end my digital octave hunt. It was my gut instinct before I went with EHX years ago, and so far my gut has actually been right more often than not, so worth a shot

How big is this thing, relative to like a Boss enclosure or something similar?
I don't do dirt/distortion much so I wanted a single pedal that can do darn near everything.
This can get close enough to any fuzz/distortion/OD sound I'd need.
It's a wonder to me that more dirt pedals don't have graphic EQ built in.
Front to back it's exactly the same as a boss enclosure. Overall it's about the same size as an MXR Phase 100.
