Thunderbird Club

We have news of Gibson? just to know if the Thunderbirds will become a rare bird...
I think this Chapter 11 reorganisation may last a long time. I don't think it's something that can be brought to any conclusion overnight but I have a suspicion that Thunderbirds may well become rare birds at least for a while while Gibson regroup building the more popular/higher selling instruments. I could be wrong, I think I was once ;)

Well... I suppose you should be on the lookout for a migraine epidemic in like, 10-15 years:smug:

The clown thing is still pretty fresh. All three of my daughters loved clowns when they were younger. My eldest decided she was a clownophobe after having met my ex-wifes Kiwi cousin (whom I believe to be legitimately afflicted after having taken her to see Barnum & Bailey. Not a particularly fun night). Once my eldest "converted"... she took her younger sibs with her. It seems a ridiculous and improbable number of their friends are right there with 'em:rolleyes:

Same here... 14 y/o daughter is supposedly "afraid" of clowns.

When I asked her to not be weird about clowns she claimed that all her friends are afraid of them as well.

Round, Stainless. I feel like stainless has a brighter tone, but it could just be me.. I'd never use flats on a TBird. Seems like a sin. Lol.

Wrong.

It IS a sin.

Wrong.

You can put flats on a 'Bird. They just have to be Cobalt Flats that sound like rounds.

Wrong.

What's with all these statements as absolutes?

I think D'Addario Chrome Flats are great.

don't need to trademark it -- ppl aren't lining up to be goats.
I don't think people are lining up to be a Rotten Kid™ either...

Have you looked out in the GP recently? It's getting very popular, their all acting the goat
They give goats a bad name... they are actually sheep.

I really liked this little fellow, might not be great for my current band but it had a very warm, fat tone that was quite pleasing to my ear.
