had 4 10s, not the same. i roll it and then tilt it not hard at all:) in fact my drummer and i both say that the 8*10s are easyer to move. if you have a stack then you will not have the wheels on the 4*10 then you have to lift it all the time. with the 8 10s you never lift it. Unless going on...

i play a fathom threw ampeg 8*10 and SWR18 sounds great, even without the swr. A deluxe fender pbass with the humbucker and a decompiler compression. in a 3 pc punk/prog rock instrumental band. i move all of this by myself (im 120lbs) in a chevy prizm. haha looks cool to.

From now on say that your d.i. out has a hiss and pops when you hit the pickup or something like that. also remember that the soundguy works for you, tell him what to do. I have had many arguments on this same subject and i win everytime. be an ******* if you have to.

yeah i think the dude is wrong at store. everything im reading says run it at 4. the manual for the head even says at loud volumes at 2 ohms the head will auto shutoff itself to protect something.... so that dont sound like a good thing. Ok so just put the 4/8 ohm switch on and should i run 1...

the guy at the store said leave it down and i played like tht for hours and sounded fine are you sure it should be 4/8 ohm notch and not 2ohm?

I just got one and its 600 and 2ohms i think. This has more low end than the big block and its easy to use compared to the mpulse 600/wa/ven. The big thing of course is the compression is not there like the mpulse series.
