Completely solid state. But the vibe control does a very nice job of giving the warmth that is associated with tubes.

Is this amp having any issues?
Does any one know if this amp would fit into one rack space?
So whadya think X? How's that thing hold up?

I set the Gain to about 9 o'clock. Low to 3 o'clock, and High all the way up in the fully clockwise position, which is about 5 o'clock. I only boost 800 Hz and 3.2k Hz on the graphic eq to help cut through the mix. I have the Vibe control switched off. I have the Master volume all most all the way up at 3 o'clock.
.I do have a LOUD drummer, and my guitar player uses a MESA 4x12 angled cab with a Rivera 2x12 stacked on top of it. It's not exactly easy to keep up in the volume war.
I do like it bright on top. I like it deep on the bottom and very "clicky" up top.Cool X-Ray, thanks,
Damn dude, you like that tone BRRRIGHTTTTT!![]()
I'm wondering if you tweaked your gain up a tad more you could lose some of that extreme EQ on the high and low.
Man, that is a RIDICULOUS amount of volume your guitar player is putting out. For a rehearsal? Really? Who does he think he is? Superstars don't use a 6x12 rig for rehearsals...
Guitard players.... Yeesh.![]()
