Versatile to me in theory, we shall see.
It looks like the control plate itself contacts the shield/ground of your output jacks, no? Then as long as your pickup wire shields and (-) leads connect to the output jack grounds, everything is grounded together, right?
The lpf and hpf caps need a place to bleed and the legs aren't that long. Found tiny little 1/4" brass finishing screw 10 pack.

Aha, I see. Have fun putting it together! I've got two squier PJ basses wired similarly, it's pretty much how I roll these days.
Sold 4 pedals today, 2 local and 2 online to Mark at BAT. So that's our wedding anniversary date and next week's groceries covered. Huge weight off my mind, anything else I can get sold is just extra to put back into savings.

The t-40 is an 80's model, so no steel nut and blade style pickups. I was originally hoping for the earlier toaster style pickups, but these sound great. With enough mids you can really here all the different tonal options from these electronics. Really diggin the tones from my at home combo.

So we played with this really cool band awhile back from New Jersey and two dudes were in school in Colorado. They still bounce around over here and are going in your. They asked us to open up the Denver gig at one of the cooler places to play. Got to wait for official announcement but it's going to rule. Also, guitar player opened DIY venue. Going to play that real soon. Excited!
I normally see maces for around 200. And butcher a little more than that.
Mace has one of the best built in phaser ever.
I'm always confused on these t-40's so the "blade" is the latter? I thought it was earlier when they had the metal line for a "pole piece".

Blades are later. They came around in i believe '81. The 70s' and early early 80s' models had the 'toaster' style without the blade. The blades have more bite and are mor agressive. I found a sound i like and it is killer. I can't wait to try it out on my big rig.
I need new strings, and a big fat leather strap to complete this.
