You could probably toss a different pickup in that bridge position without too much trouble anyway.
Yeah, true, I still dig it on it's own, plenty grindy, and it blends well with the neck pup.

Karma To Burn @ Desert Fest, yesssss!
Golden is a smaller town suburb of greater Denver.
So am I
My dream non-Henge rig is a Bear Amps 300 tube watt w/SS PVY pre amp pushing 2 of Marks 218s. A full time job and that may start to become a reality in 2016.
Final exam is done. English can **** off, I'm on summer vacation. (Summer vacation meaning that I'm just working full time, but still -no school)
I'm seeing some good cab deals on gc used. Peavey 8x10 for $200. I've had them ship pedals to my local store for free, i wonder if they'd ship a cab.
The b15s I sold a long time ago came back on the market and I kinda want it. I need a major gear dump myself to justify the purchase. Is reverb expensive? I just can't stand eBay. Need to re up on hereI can use the classified but I got some guitars to dump too.
Pass, on anything long term/don't let her know your addressWow so this girl added me on Facebook who was going to the 80's party. I asked if she wanted to costume shop and go with me. She said yes but was already dating someone... So I pick her up and she says they broke up... Oh and she just turned 21 and got a dui.
More red flags than a game of mind sweeper
Really? What version? Their new one sounds killer. Not that I need one.I'm seeing some good cab deals on gc used. Peavey 8x10 for $200. I've had them ship pedals to my local store for free, i wonder if they'd ship a cab.

All of them. All this talk of Peavey basses... If one were to purchase a Peavey bass, what are some cheap, decent options? I went to a local place yesterday that had plenty of old Peaveys, and fairly cheap. (Assuming they're good, of course.) They also had an old-school flip top Ampeg B-15 from the 70's. Pretty awesome.
Damn word filters. What is a Mesa Bottle Rocket?Hot damn the recording is going great. Drums, guitars, and bass are done. Vocals soon I hope.
After a poopie-ton of trial and error I ended using my Mesa Bottle Rocket into Sansamp Bass Driver into the slave input on an SVT to an old Fender 2x15. My signal was a mix of clean DI, Sansamp, and several mics on the 2x15. All of them sounded killer. Tried to go will all miked bass amps but it was too wooly for the new Asthma Castle tunes.
Edit - I did not write the word poopie. TB must have some new filters.
Everyone sells things when I have no money.Well...put my Traynor YBA-1 up for sale. Mr. Grumpy should be here before the end of the month and there's not much reason to keep the Traynor, beyond sentiment.

Tried a cot?Ditto. Good luck and hope it's a poopie-free transaction.
I love camping, but can hardly do it anymore. Wish I had a little RV or something. I can't handle sleeping on the ground regardless of how much padding and I've yet to beg, buy, borrow or steal an air mattress that was worth a damn or didn't blow out after a half-dozen uses.
There was a day I could have slept on a bed of sharp rocks, and I used to camp all the time, but 46 years of spills and thrills and breaks and boners and insomnia and aches and pains means when we "rough it" any more, we just rent a cabin somewhere in the boonies.
Hope you have a great time.
It skips the tone knob. There's no position on the muff's tone control that's not a mid scoop, so the apparent effect is a lot more midrange and some more volume. In regards to muffs, what exactly is a tone bypass? What does it do?
I currently use a 2x15. I'd probably be happy with an 8x10, too. It doesn't matter that much, but it seems that 2x15 cabs, at least the ones I've mostly played through, are designed with more midrange. Maybe that's something people expect from a 2x15, so they design them to sound that way. I don't know.Just dreaming but as far as cabs go, what do you guys like for speaker sizes?
2X12...4X10...15s?
Just curious because I do often see cabs on CL that seem reasonable and lust about my unobtainable rig a lot.
There's an old Peavey cab for a bill that I think is one 15" Black Widow with an horn...only 250 watts though.
Wait. What?@mc_muench if it makes you feel better I am really interested in Mark's new 18" loaded cabs. He really loves the woofers used in them.
Please don't sell the dually before july?I'm considering liquidating my C rig. Dunwich Preamp > Crest Pro-Lite 2.0 > Eminence 3015 Dually. I still have the Faital loaded Dually, Mr. Grumpy when he arrives, my GK MB800 and my Ampeg 810 after that. It's a pretty solid rig all on its own, but I don't need 3 full size gig rigs...seeing as how I haven't even played with other people in like 9 months.

lol not trying to get hitched at all. I do have fun, if it goes well I don't share much. I only talk about what I find funny in my life.
