Don't put a fender p bass neck on it. The non epi bird are getting rare (there rare) And the neck is more like a jazz

Trustrod will make the neck straighter from your jazz. No problem. Flats are the real bass strings from back in the day.

lucky is the genesis basses are not for everybody. because they'r heavy as hell. were i come from The Netherlands, i see the quite frequently secondhand.

I think they are own brand strings. Probably gibson strings. But some music stores put different strings on the basses that they have on the floor in the store. Most basses that come out of the factory have dead strings. This is my experience.

How is that B string on that Bass? No problems with the B string signal that go's in to your pickups? I own a 4 string like yours :P.

I removed the screws haha. And than your left with the screw holes, and they work just like the antlers on a volume/tone pot. Its a perfect to solder wires to.

in what kind of wall socked is you amp plug into? grounded? which power group in your house are you using. because a lot of differed electrical appliances (TVs, computers, lights) on the same power group can cause the buzzing sound. Oyeah is the buzz still there when you hit a note?
