I was reading an ampeg catalogue, and on the SVT-CL and SVT-VR, head specs, it had rms outputs as 300 watts @ 4ohm, but said n/a @ 8ohms. Does this mean these heads always have to have a 4ohm load, i.e. you have to have one 4ohm cab or 2 8ohm cabs, connecting to a single 8ohm is not possible?
