    Blew up my GK neo 12 speaker

    I did not play very loud, but its gone. What would you do? Give the cab to the fishes or buy a new speaker? I do not expect that its gonna be easy to deal with GK. Can anyone recomend a place to buy a speaker that will fit?

    Basswitch and overdrive pedals

    Any Basswitch users here who have overdrive pedals connected to the BW? I have tried both effect loops but it did not work out. At the moment the od goes before the Bw on one of the channels. It sounds ok but for sveral reasons im not 100% happy about it. Any suggestions?

    Why do i have to solder when changing pickups?

    Doubler question. Using two amps / one cab

    Double Bass noise from small crack

    I have small (not visible) crack somewhere at the top of my bass. When i hit certain notes it buzzes and its really annoying. I cant take it to my repairman now so i would like to fix it myself. What type of glue should i use?

    Double Bass Tuning DGCF

    Does anyone here tune their bass two steps down? Pros and cons? I did it yesterday and my bass really loved it. Better tone, way better sustain, heavenly mvvaaa, a dream to play, low Eb and D. I really consider to keep it like this.

    Just bought the TTE5oo amp. So for im very happy with it. Sounds great but the compressor seems to work only at high volume? Cant say im happy about that.. I would like yo use it on low volume gigs (with compressor) Am i doing something wrong here?

    Help!!! I have a gig in two days and my amp suddenly died. I can turn it on but there is no sound. I have tried different cables and its not my bass.     Dead E string on Labella flats

    I have had the Jamerson set on for a while and they sound great..but the E string is really dead compared to ADG. There is no sustain at all. Is it normal that the E string goes dead before the others or is it something wrong with my string.
